Your Journey

YOUR JOURNEY

We know that commissioning a Bespoke kitchen is a big decision.

At Coeur Kitchens, we make the journey from blank sheet of paper to finished product as easy, smooth and straightforward as possible.

It’s a road we’ve taken many times over the years, so you can be sure you’re in safe hands at every stage. Every project is different, of course, but here’s an outline of what you can expect, and the creative opportunities you can enjoy along the way.

1. Initial meeting

The journey begins with a meeting, either at your home or in our showroom, with a Coeur Kitchens design partner. We’ll look at your wish-list and gather the information we need to draw up a detailed brief. You may already have your own measurements, architects plans and so on, if this is the case we will invite you to the showroom for some coffee and an initial discussion; we can also suggest ideas based on your needs and our own experience. At this point, we’ll need to start talking about budgets, so we can advise how best to move forward in creating your dream kitchen.

2. Design and Pricing

Based on our initial meeting, we’ll create an outline design and quotation. This first design will include things you’ve specified, and some of our own ideas to ensure we’ve explored every possible avenue. It is very much a partnership between you and Coeur Kitchens, and you’ll be able to contribute your individual ideas, needs and preferences throughout this process.

3. Presentation

We’ll invite you into the showroom to sit down and run through the designs and quotation. We’ll produce your design using the latest CAD software: this allows us to create photo-realistic renders that will give you a really good idea of what your completed kitchen will look like.

4. Design Revision

If there are any changes from the initial presentation, we’ll revise the design and costings accordingly. We’ll then invite you back in to the showroom to view and discuss these new iterations.

5. Sign Up

Once you’re 100% happy with the design and costs, we’ll draw up a contract that will enable us to start making your new kitchen a reality.

6. Pre-installation checks

With the contract signed, we’ll organise a site visit with the installer to familiarise them with the job, and agree your preferred start date for the installation.

7. Delivery

We’ll organise delivery of your new Coeur Kitchen on a day to suit you. This will usually be about a week before installation, to minimise hassle for you and ensure everything’s on site in good time.

8. Installation

Your new kitchen will be meticulously installed by our skilled fitters.

9. Final sign off

Once the installation is complete, your dedicated Design Partner will visit your home to make a final walk-round, make sure you’re happy with everything, and sign off the work. Job done!
